The American University of Beirut Medical Center (AUBMC) has been hosting the “Association of Academic Health Centers International (AAHCI) Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Regional Office” since 2017, with an objective to further engage and network with peer institutions in the region to share knowledge and expertise in addressing the challenges and growth strategies facing academic medical centers http://www.aahcdc.org/Newsroom/Press-Releases/View/ArticleId/20454/AAHCI-Opens-Two-New-International-Regional-Offices
